HMRC guidance: Register your client’s estate updated

HMRC have updated their guidance for agents registering clients’ estates to explain that agents will need an agent services account.

Register your client’s estate explains how a tax agent or adviser with an estate client with a tax liability can register it online. The guidance has been updated to explain more about how to register an estate, and that an agent services account will be needed before being able to register.
